Purchasing

Do you have product off the shelf that I need?	We typically manufacture products to customer Purchase Orders. But we do have some fabrics in stock for immediate shipment.
What’s your closest equivalent to what I need?	Please fill out the Fabric Inquiry form and we’ll get back to you.
How much does it cost?	Refer to our Doing Business With Us page and then fill out our Fabric Inquiry form with any special requirements and quantities you wish to order so that we may provide you with a quote.
What is your delivery lead-time?	Deliveries vary but typically 6-8 wks.
Can you service customers internationally?	Yes!
Can you send us samples?	Yes. Please tell us what fabric style(s) you require by completing our Fabric Inquiry form.

Do you make a fabric for my application?	We have many styles available, see manufacturing capabilities and doing business with Cramer.
Do you manufacture with _____ type yarn?	We manufacture fabrics with a wide range of yarns.

Quality

Are you ISO certified?	Yes. We are ISO 9001:2000 certified.
Can you meet the specifications I need?	We manufacture textiles to custom specifications. Tolerances are established for each fabric style. Please see our Manufacturing Capabilities page for more details.
What are your inspection methods?	We visually inspect all fabrics and more.
What are your defect rates?	Defect rates depend upon the fabric style. We maintain records for all fabrics produced. Please fill out our Fabric Inquiry form with your specifications.

Can you do a rush job on an existing order or new order?	We will do everything possible to accommodate your special needs if we have yarn in house and a loom available. Please complete the Fabric Inquiry Form so that we may determine if we can assist you.
What type of equipment do you use?	We use only the highest quality equipment to produce our wide variety of fabrics..
